Charging and remissions

At Maple Grove Primary School, we recognise the valuable contribution that providing a wide range of additional activities, including visits, clubs and residential experiences, can make towards our pupils’ education. 

We believe that all our pupils should have an equal opportunity to benefit from such activities – curricular or extra-curricular – regardless of their family’s financial means. We aim to provide a variety of activities at a minimum cost to parents, students and the school, and to ensure that no student will be excluded from these learning opportunities for financial reasons.

This policy does not apply to charges made by other organisations offering activities and services on the school premises.
